Coverage You Can Count On
Dr Hopkins Shah is not a participating provider on any insurance panels. This means that you will pay for services at the time of your appointment. If you want to bill your insurance and request reimbursement, Dr. Hopkins Shah will either provide you with an invoice or, with your authorization, will bill your insurance on your behalf electronically the day of your appointment.
